Thanks - you are indeed correct about the entertaining reading in the "Questions to the Seller" section! Those were about the best I've seen on E-Bay for anything!
The plane does look really good and is perhaps really worth that much ($42+K) - great avionics - but as one of the folks mentioned, some of the panel photos look like it's from 2009, and others from 1979 with all the cracks and fades! (like in my plane!)
I predict it will go in the mid $30's if the seller decides to part with it! 800+ hours on the 125hp engine is a bit high for that price - not sure what TBO is for that model, but it's probably due an overhaul in a quick four years!
