It is possible he will get close to what he wants. If there is a paucity of IFR GPS equipped 150/152s out there (and I am sure that is the case), he might find the person who would have bought another plane and installed the same equipment and figures that s/he can just buy this for around $40K. I believe he has gobs of money invested.

It is definitely a better then new 152. I would go as far as to say there is not a nicer or prettier 152 out there. Or better equipped! And the owner is a really nice guy. A whole lot more pleasant to deal with then the "gentleman" on ebay, I have little doubt! At least, that is what I hear! ;-)
