As a seller of my Cessna 150; I have provided copies of the FAA Cd to interested parties (they mailed it back later), given test flights in the area, let people solo the plane if they had the appropriate flight background. I have had my instructor take one prospective buyer for a flight who was rusty. I have emailed photos, answered questions, copied log book pages etc. I have to say it is a BUYERS Market, not a sellers! Do Ask a lot of questions, you are going to pay a lot of $$ for your plane, don't buy a box of surprises's! Remember that you will more than likely have to pay sales taxes, county property taxes, etc.
