Buying from a club member is like buying from a family member .... if anything goes wrong after the fact, you can be reasonably sure it was unknown at the time of sale.
Buying from a stranger ... due diligence and hard work can minimize your risk. Trust but verify and go buy a plane ... I don't think you'll ever regret it.
