I like what Greg Hopp said!

Mechanically and (mostly) cosmetically, this is a nice bird for the price. To be honest, I assummed a decent 150 with decent radios for $21K would have a really rough exterior. This one looks good enough to park proudly in front of the airport cafe' at least for me. I'm seriously in love with this sweetie, and I guess that's all that counts!

A pilot friend today asked me if the wrinkled area could have been caused by a buffetting seat belt buckle left outside, and I feel that IS a possibility. They can wreak havoc on thin aluminun skin sometimes. So, I've decided to make that the cause (in MY mind) and be done with it. No worries!

The seller is going to do a fresh pitot/static and a weight and balance for no additional money, so I imagine I'll take delivery in a week or so. I'm SO excited I can hardly see straight, yet I must maintain my "serious mature pilot composure" right? (Yeah right!) I mention this because obviously you 150 owners know what Im talking about, and I just have to tell SOMEONE about my NEW (to me) CESSNA!
Let the adventure begin...........!

You guys rock big time!
