By the way, Michael, As far as this conversion goes, I really do not think that the battery location has anything to do with restricting spins and aerobatics. (My battery is still in it's original location under the cowl, by the way.) It simply has to do with the fact that the STC owners just refused to go to the added expense of testing the aircraft to the FAA's standards to maintain it's utility category. It was just a whole lot easier, and cheaper, to require a placard stating. "No Spins Allowed"
