But we heard that there is a modification of the seat that can move the 'seat back', back another 3" or so. (Of course the seat tracks cannot be moved back due to the mechanical structure of the floor). Supposedly, the idea was to move the seat padding behind the upright supports to give the pilot more room. Has anybody heard of something like this? | | | | Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 18,962 Likes: 3 Member/15,000 posts | Member/15,000 posts Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 18,962 Likes: 3 | You could install Aerobat seats. They fit the rails the same as standard, and the cushions are quickly and easily removable to make room for parachutes. He could have Shelby at TN Wings make him special low profile seat cushions that would be legal. He uses his when he flies, you use the original. | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 10,735 Likes: 108 $ Member/10,000+ posts! | $ Member/10,000+ posts! Just chop his legs off. He doesn't need them that badly.

No wait, that's not right... Cutting off his legs to save his, uh....er... Nevermind. You get my drift, (or crosswind)so to speak | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 10,735 Likes: 108 $ Member/10,000+ posts! | $ Member/10,000+ posts!
