Its interesting that on the advertisment you posted it shows a price of $399K but on their website the price is $209K - I think I know which one I would pay, and seems reasonable for the a house and airstrip, the second price that is , although I have no idea where this place is in relation to the rest of civilisation as such

Hey Ray....hmmmm, maybe my retirement dream home. Seems like all of California is moving to Oregon and Washington, so now may be the time to move to California...right.

Anyway, for what and where it is, the $209K sounds right, but $399K is a fantasy I believe. (I would have to sell my Hermiston house 3 times to hit that price).

Would love to have the lifestyle.

Just where did you find the $209K?? I think the $399K is the offered $ and high in my opinion.

But the parcel is in a nice location on the N side of the center of the airport. I have not physically seen it but can fly up there and look if anyone has a serious interest.
