Not a member, so I couldn't log in. Could you provide rought details, like will it fit a "G" model and price?

Sorry about that, I thought the link would take you right into the original post.

Here's a copy of the DFW pilots' forum post with a contact number. I don't know the poster, but his ID is Dr. Bill. Neither do I know if this seat will work in a G model, but others on this forum probably do know.

"I bought this, expecting to install it in my 150L. Changed my mind. Please take it off my hands! Asking 125.

Thanks! I live in the Waco area, but can deliver. (In a 150...) 254.644.4966"

Here are some drawings that may help. Be sure to scroll to the second set. I'm not really sure what the first set is.

Just an aside - the first set of drawings is for the stock bench seat. Most 150's have the optional 'bucket' seats for the pilot and copilot, but a bench seat is the base standard.

If you ever have the inner plastic panels removed from the cockpit (perhaps during an annual inspection of the aileron cables), you will notice a series of four holes arranged horizontally, about halfway up the door-post. This is where the seat-back for the bench seat would lock into place. The tilt of the seat-back is adjustable by locking it into one of the four holes.

Does anybody know if this child's seat is still for sale. My browser does not load the dfwpilots link. My entire family weighs ~350 lbs and with the childs seat I could take some family outings.
Are there any other places to find the child's seat?

Don't know if it's still for sale or not -- it's still listed on the DFW pilots board without any notation that it sold. The contact info, (actually the full ad) is copied in my post above.
