So, after waiting him out, he's come down in price some. Not to my offer, but close. Close enough that I'm now seriously considering purchasing the plane.

Is anyone at or near 19N (Berlin, NJ) that has time to take a peak? If not, I'll probably take off work at the end of the week to go take a look. If anyone in that area could suggest a good shop for pre-buy, that'd be awesome as well. I've talked with the folks just south at Cross Keys but they can't get it in for another 3 weeks!

I might be able to this upcoming Presidents' weekend. I'll keep you informed.

Ok, so as mentioned before I don't have good pics of this A/C yet. I'm going to take a look at it Monday now and put a deposit down if as goes well. Anyhow, my question? Any idea where I could buy an insert to take up the 3" or so of empty space in the avionics rack under the transponder?

The pic is crappy, but you can see the empty space under the transponder in the next 2 pics. I'd like to find an insert that will blend in with the panel. I've seen snap-in pieces but don't know where to find them. Ideas??

Well, if nothing else, you can put a CD or intercom there.

It's red, it's just the pics. Not sure how they got so messed up but they're not true color. I'll have "real" pics in a couple days.

Look at the attachments and try this idea:

David, I'm at KVAY and could run to "Berlin" I think you mean Cross Keys or Camden County AP.
Jim Buvidas is part of the big in Real Estate Buvidas family. My mother knows Kathy Buvidas the Sr very well.

Let me know.
