I have the following airplane, but I'll only part for a fair price.
1971 Cessna 150L, N1387Q
<6,600 TT
<180 SMOH
In 2019, complete teardown and repaint, all control cables replaced, all bearings replaced, pulleys replaced, fastener replaced.
New interior with leather seats and three point harness belts.
Since I bought the plane in January 2022, the following has been done:
New IFR certified avionics:
- SL40 Transceiver
- Garmin GTX-327 4096 Mode C Transponder
- Garmin GDL 82 ADS-B Out with WAAS GPS Source
- Garmin GDL 50 ADS-B In with 2 Bluetooth channels
- JPI EDM-730 EMS w/ Fuel Flow and Carb Temp
- GNS430W slaved to dual G5 AI and HSI with magnatometer in left wing
- Aera 660 Portable GPS mounted to yoke with power cable (mostly use as traffic scanner with ADS-B In and backup GPS)
- PS Engineering PMA8000BT audio panel (bluetooth, listen to music from cell phone)
- New United altimeter, ASI, and VSI.
- New SLI SL tachometer
Recently added:
STC Vortex Generators on wing leading edge and vertical stabilizers (lowers stall speed, improves rudder authority on landings)
STC belly quick sump for the fuel line (best safety feature for a 150 because that's the lowest point on the fuel system)
Planning to install next month: STC Steve's Gascolator and new fuel shutoff valve (old one is semi-frozen)
Given what I paid for it and what I've put into it, it's a turnkey IFR flyer/trainer in excellent condition, I'd start at $89,000 and negotiate from there. I know it's seems high, but it's likely one of the top five nicest 150s in the US at this time. EM me for contact info and to text photos.
