The SAI 340 is an all-in-one attitude, airspeed, altitude, slip indicator. With smooth, high-quality graphics and an easy to read EFIS presentation, the Quattro Plus makes a great addition to a traditional six pack panel. This multi-fuction display (MFD) is a cost-effective way to replace steam-gauge standby instruments in retrofit EFIS-equipped aircraft. Additionally, the Quattro Plus has a built-in battery which provides up to two hours of stand-alone operation if needed—thus ensuring an added level of redundancy. The MFD fits directly into a standard round 3” instrument hole with no panel modification, making it a near drop-in installation.

Note that Airworthiness Directive 2020-18-51 applies to the 340A but not the 340. The 340A standby attitude indicators should be placarded and used FOR DAY TIME VFR USE ONLY.
