Hi all. I have two nice 150 projects. The one I need to sell is an L model. It only has 1900 TT.. N18206. It is already stripped and mostly primed. I had to open up the top of the left wing because some idiot sanded off most of the rivet heads on the top thinking they were preparing it for paint. Not me…. So I decided to do the interior of that wing right. The same idiot drilled out the fuel tank cover screws and ruined most of the nut plates, so it had to be opened anyway as there is no way to get to those nutplates with the skin on. I just finished installing new tank cover nutplates and tinnermans. I have it cleaned inside and primed with SEM self etching primer. I’ll be riveting the center section back on soon.
This was an Ohio bird most of its flying life. It was completely disassembled for restore. It is very straight and doors close like new. It then sat for 20 years. I bought it in its disassembled condition. It is all there, a complete airplane. I am selling the complete airplane less engine and prop. $5500.
I have always looked to building a home built, but 150 kits are so much more value for half or a quarter of the cost. They really can’t be beat but I am probably preaching to the choir with that statement. Thanks, Steve
