Not my airplane but I saw it last Saturday at KRYN (Tucson) in mid-annual. I talked to the A&P and looked it over while he had the access covers open for the inspection. He'd just finished replacing an elevator hinge bushing and was looking at fixing a crack in the engine baffles, so it seems that a proper annual inspection is underway. Someone will get a nice airplane.
