Looking for an ARC RT-385a NAV/COMM in good condition. If there are any sitting around gathering dust, or recently removed, I would be interested in learning more.

Also, looking for an ARC RT-359a 300 Transponder. Again, if there are any sitting around gathering dust, or recently removed, I would be interested in learning more.

Yes, I know there are great new avionic systems that are available with all the bells and whistles, but I'm more interested in keep things "vintage".

However, if a good condition TKM Avionics MX385 NAV/COMM opportunity came along, there would be some temptation to make a slight upgrade.

Here's a chance to unload some "electronic wheel chocks".

Hi Wayne.

You have probably already thought of this, but when I had our radio worked on a couple years ago, the avionics shop had a loaner. It was the older type radio. You may want to check with a few shops in your area and see if you can turn up anything.

Thanks for your idea, but I'm guessing with all the panel upgrades and new avionics, there could be some "sitting on the shelf" somewhere, looking for a good permanent home.
