Well, I took posession of my 172 yesterday. It's a nice plane, but it sure doesn't handle like a 150. My wife snapped this photo as I was moving the 150 out of my hangar to make room for the 172. I feel like I'm trading in a sports car for a mini-van.

Yup, 172 flies like a truck compared to 152. But think of all that extra fuel per hour you can burn not to mention all the extra stuff and people you can carry.

Yep, skylights... this plane has everything! The guy who owned it before was really in to gadgets. Today I unloaded about thirty pounds of "stuff" out of the plane. I even found candy bars and beef jerky in the extended baggage area. Lots of neat survival stuff, funny thing is... the guy rarely flew more than 50 miles from home. Oh well, I suppose it's good to be prepared.
