My former A&P Eric is selling his Archer II. I've ridden in this plane multiple times and it's in excellent shape. This would be a great 4-seat option for someone wanting to get their IR and build instrument time.

Highlights:

568 SMOH
IFR
A&P owned & maintained

Avionics:
Garmin 430W
Garmin FlightStream 210
PS Engineering 8000B Audio Panel
Garmin/Apollo SL30 Nav/Com
KN64 DME
Garmin Aera 660 VFR GPS in Air Gizmo Panel Dock
Garmin GTX 327 Transponder
FreeFlight FLD 978 ADS-B In/Out with WIFI
Century 21 Autopilot
Mid-Continent MD-93 dual USB Clock/Charger

Other equipment:
Door Steward - Main Cabin Door
Knots2U Baggage Door Strut Kit
Airspeed, Altimeter, VSI, DG, and TC all new or overhauled since 2012.
Whelen LED Landing Light
Whelen LED Tail Beacon Light
Newer Whelen Wing Strobe Power Supply

Those Cherokee 180's/Archers are very hard to beat. One of the best all around planes one could buy.

Hmm, a hangar neighbor is looking for a Cherokee. I’ll pass it along. She lost hers earlier this year following a loss of engine power at low altitude. She made the “impossible turn” and landed safely, she and her passengers were unhurt, but a deer fence at the runway threshold caught the plane as it rolled off the end from landing downwind. The damage was just enough to ‘total’ the plane. She’s been looking to get back in the saddle ever since.
