After seeing Juile's post, I checked Trade-a-Plane just to see how prices on 150/152's were being advertised. I think they are increasing, even during the pandemic. Good news!

Yep, prices of 150/152s have gone up since 2017 when I sold my 152 for $23.5K. Back then, a 150 with an asking price of over $22K or so would sit for a long time. The Basic Med probably got a lot of older pilots back into flying & owning a plane.
I hope everyone is making sure to adjust their insurance hull values to keep up with the rising market. I upped mine for the third year in a row. It doesn't necessarily increase your premium. I got a quote from my company and then decided to up my hull value by 5k. My premium went down about $30. Go figure!

I adjusted mine up to $32,500 from $27,000 this year. Premium went down $40. I called my insurance agent to talk about it. He said it was probably due to the fact that all but about 30 hours of my total time as PIC is in C150's.
Stay safe! Bob

I can't get anyone to insure mine for more than $15,000 hull value. I've tried for the last 3 years to increase it to $20k, or even $18k, but no one would touch it.
