For sale is a used O-200 push rod tube setup. Everything looks to be in great shape....EXCEPT for 1 pc large flat washer that is bent (see picture attached)

That right there is a PHENOMENAL deal and a very high order upgrade for your leaky pushrod tubes. Properly installed, these things almost completely if not 100% solve that common problem on the 0-200

Any idea of the age on this set? Should the seals be replaced when installing? (the 8 black and 8 red rings on the right side of the picture)

... I might try and call Real Gaskets today and see what they think.

I don't think that those are Real Gasket push rod tubes. They are made different from the Real Gasket tubes that are on my engine.
I wonder if they are from the newer Continental cylinders.

OK mystery solved.....I'm selling these for a friend at the airport. MY BAD..I misunderstood him. These are from his O-200 that he replaced with Real Gasket types. I thought he said THESE were Real Gasket ones.
So...These are NOT Real Gasket, but Continental brand.

This is interesting......obviously its not a Real gasket pushrod tube set...BUT....they are different than the stock Pushrod tubes. Is this something Continental put out? Or is it something found on newer builds/overhauls of the O-200's ? here is a pic showing the real gasket setup on the left....and the stock tube install on the right. This still looks like an improvement over the stock parts to me.

They look like the push rod tubes from a Continental O-200D Sky Catcher engine and not the certified O-200 used on the 150.
