Need a back seat and don't have funds for a 172!

Complete kit, just the seat, just the mounts...let me know what you have, please and thank you.

There's a used one on Ebay right now. Otherwise, new STC child seat is available from Av Fab in Clinton, Missouri for approx $1700. I've been contemplating one for nearly 2 years and try to keep an eye out for one.

Keep in mind that the after market one is STC to your specific airplane. If you sell the seat, the new owner has to pay a fee to redo the paper work. The actual Cessna one can be put in any 150.

Here’s one, in Canada.

Looks like it is in London, Ontario. Maybe there is a club member somewhere local who could take a look?

Just to clarify. If you get an actual Cessna 150 back seat you dont have to do any paperwork?

I only ask because I would like to get the child seat as well. Any information or knowledge you have would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone knows of someone selling one I would interested in talking to them.

I think, its just a logbook entry for the actual Cessna child seat since its listed for most all serial number 150s. That's what my mechanic did anyway.

Don't forget the W&B change too.
