Steven, thank you. The owner of the plane for sale is very nice, as well. I feeling is he is honest. He said he has too many airplanes.
Just a heads up. I thought the same way about the guys I bought the Champ from in April. They were much less than honest, especially the one that did the work and annual on the plane who is a captain for Southwest AND a CFI.

I haven't heard back from the other guy, yet. I'm slowly losing interest. I flew my own airplane last night and had a great time. When it's just me and cooler weather, it flies great.
