Attached is a Specification document I keep. Everything works. NO squawks. ADS-B In/Out done with Stratus ESGi. Plane is located at KHAO near Cincinnati. I have all logs back to purchase. It really is a beautiful example of a 152. I put about 45-50 hours on it in the last year. Not one single issue. About 270hr SMOH from Penn Yann on 2400 TBO. Prop has same SMOH. Airplane has been hangared in temperature controlled hangar for at least last two owners.
