Hey guys. My flying club/flight school is looking for a nice clean 172M or N model. Must be a low time airframe and be corrosion and damage free. We prefer one that needs little work (good paint and interior). We are prepared to have an engine O/H or replacement done so engine time isn't so critical (as long as the price reflects it). Also things like avionics aren't as critical either as we are likely to have to update/replace to suit our needs. ADSB-Out is not a consideration as we are in Canada. Oh and we don't want a high output engine upgrade (180HP or 210HP) but the 160HP is preferred.

A good 172 is as rare as hens teeth! Flight schools all over North America are snapping them up, so the value has skyrocketed frown

If anyone has any leads they could send my way I would really appreciate it.

Eric

Got the same letter. Offered them my friend's F [kijiji.ca] that he's trying to sell, but they replied they're only buying L or M models.

No, I did not offer him JBN!!
