Looking for the oil temperature gauge that's part of the 4-gauge R/L fuel levels, oil temp & oil pressure cluster, part number 0413378-4 (going in a '66 150). Must have the sensor line and the sensor must be working, of course. smile

Need to replace mine, as I bought a cluster as salvage, but the sensor line for the oil temp gauge had been cut off for some reason, making it useless. frown

There is an entire cluster on ebay right now, but would prefer to not have to buy all four gauges.

Thanks!

Lyle, do you think that particular cluster would fit a 72 "L" model---I could probably use the oil pressure gauge.

I took a quick look in the parts manuals, and the part number for the oil pressure gauge is different between a '66 F and a '71/72 L (0413378-5 vs 444652/444679). Possible the gauge from a '66 would still work on a '71/72, but just based on the part numbers, there is some kind of difference.

I have a couple of oil temp gauges, will have to look for p/n on them and see if they fit.

Wow! I just went down that same road. The shop finally found one for my J model. They ended up having to change out the temp gage along with the right fuel gage as it was an assembly that couldn’t be easily separated without breaking the temp capillary tube, so I was told. If you have a good relationship with a shop, I find they are better at locating salvage parts than me, and, unlike if I buy direct, with them I don’t have to pay first for something that might not work.

I have 442754-41 and 442578-41 gauges that may be from a 172 G so unless you can cross reference them or field approve them they probably won't work.

OK, thanks for checking, Alan!

I just picked up the one that had been on ebay (the entire cluster), since the seller was only a hour's drive from me. Also got a neat tour of his shop and inventory to boot. Now I have shop envy. frown

I also now have spare fuel and oil pressure gauges...
