Hello All-

I've put this off as long as I could but I cannot make it make sense to keep the airplane. I love this plane, solo'd in it, learned to fly in it, and will always have a heart for it. With a new house on the horizon and a different place in life I cannot commit to flying the plane or keeping it up as it should be, nor do I have the finances currently. I'd rather see this plane get a good home with someone who would love it and take care of it then anything else, which is why I'm posting here first.

I know that there will be some discussion of the plane being out of annual and trying to sell but I paid for an annual and did not have the funds to get the plane airworthy. I've listed a price but just want to see the plane find a lovely home. I am also more than happy to discuss and share the details of what the shop found is needed to be airworthy. Please PM me for details.

If you know of anyone that would want a good plane that needs a little bit of work to get it up and going then please share.

Thanks for your time and for reading this.

Wow your bird is a screaming deal at $10K Tyler, even with cylinder issues. shocked

I paid $14K in July of 2017 for a 1969 150L with slightly higher Airframe hours (5000 hrs) and slightly lower Engine hours (1360 hrs)and a fresh Annual. All said, I got a decent deal. My bird has old Cessna radios and is not equipped as well as your bird.

If you haven't listed it on Barnstormers yet, do so and it should sell quickly.

Good luck, Tyler. I hate to hear you are having to quit flying, but I totally understand. I have been there.

Tyler, That is a nice looking airplane at a good price. At your asking price it wouldn't be unreasonable for a buyer to even put a re-manufactured engine in it after purchase.

I hope you get a buyer soon.
