Last year the casino did not offer a discounted rate for the fly-in because they said nobody called ahead of time to set it up.

I just call Wild Rose to try and make a reservation and they said one of the event organizers would have to call in to set up a group rate if one was to be offered.

Is anyone planning to set this up for us?

An organizer would also need to contact Enterprise rent a car if we want an event discount.

Enterprise has a standing discount with the Fly-In that we renew every year. Make a reservation on the website, and when you pick up the car mention the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In and the Clinton office will give you 10% off.

We will be working with all the local hotels to get a group rate.

Hmm! I already reserved a room at the Country Inn for standard rate. Make mention, if you please, when a group rate is set up and I’ll cancel and rebook.
