"Every nut, bolt, part or piece either new or OH". I'd take that with a HUGE grain of salt. Asking price is about 15K too high IMHO. It ain't flown much, and that ain't good for airplanes.
Jim, Yep, I agree with you. If I was negotiating for this one, I’d notice it hasn’t flown much since it’s OH in the late 90s, that there’s no mention of it’s damage history in the add, that the VSI is in the wrong place, that the transponder is outdated and it’s not ADS-B compliant. For me, I’d have at least 10K in avionics changes.
However, if someone wants one set up like this, it’s not too bad if it passes inspection, and if it could be had for a negotiated price. It would be cool if someone in the club picked it up. It’s nice looking and I like the idea of it.
