I received and installed new door panels from Texas Aeroplastics this week. They are fairly rugged (slightly thicker than the originals and didn't crack under my unskilled hands during slight mods), and the appearance is good. Fit was near perfect (there is a double layer at the window latch that requires removal of a layer or modification to the latch bracket) The attached arm rest is nice looking, but tough on the elbow (no padding at all).
All in all, good appearance and easy install.

I may cut the original padded armrests and put them on top. We'll see how they clean up, and how easily they cut.

Give Shelby a call at TNWings. He has a nice set of leather padded arm rests that fit the Texas Aero door panels. I've got them on mine. Sure saves the elbows.

I don't remember the price, but I do remember they were a lot cheaper than I expected.

Right you are...$39.95 for the pair!
They go right on the short list!
