Didn’t know where else to post this, sorry if this not proper.

Earlier this year we needed new mags for our 172. Our old ones could not be rebuilt, nor could we use them for cores. So does anyone know of a use for these, or do I just chuck them? (Slick 664).

I thought I might get a reply about boats, something about an anchor🙁⚓️

I did think about a school, but the tech school nearby in their narrow minded thinking decided that there were not enough local jobs in the area and dropped the program. (ORD and MKE within a couple of hours was not local enough)

I donated a set of rusty O200 cylinders to a friend's daughter who is in her first year of the AME course. It's an active and growing program at the college - I'd love to enrol myself!

Never throw airplane parts away.
Donate them to any A&P school and
document the donation for tax purposes.
Schools are happy to have the parts
for student training and spares.
Also, A&P schools are always looking
for automotive alternators for elect class.

I did send an e-mail to Fox Valley Tech, which is right on OSH and is not that far away. If they want them I could make a campus visit and see if there is anything new at the EAA museum. Thanks for the idea everyone...
