As stated I have a Bad Elf GPS PRO Bluetooth for sale. It is about a year old. It works great and communicates well with the IPAD. My IPAD is WIFI so I need the GPS input. I never had any issues with dropping the signal and the battery lasts a long long long time. I do have the charger cable which is everything you need. I paid $150 for the unit.
I had the old model that physically connected to the IPAD via a cable.... that was really difficult as the connector kept getting beat up from moving the IPAD around the cockpit. The connection got so loose it wouldn't stay connected and I would lose the GPS. This unit is terrific... never a problem. It rocks !!
