I've been searching the threads for the name of the Insuance agent who conducted the ins. seminar at Clinton. Can't find it,

Anyone know?

Thanks

Thanks Hung,

I had seen that company listed in the threads, but it wasn't getting good price reviews.

I also found Tucker Deeter listed and endorsed by Kirk. I got a quote for the usual 1 million/100,000 liability with 25K hull for $365.00, also saw what you had written about "soft coverage", may change to that

aopa quoted me $483.00 for 20K hull

I had insurance with Tucker Deeter (Wenk Aviation Insurance) from 2014 til now. With Wenk, I paid $540/year for a $25K hull/$1M smooth limit. AOPA charged me $730 for the same coverage.

Even though I sold my plane a week ago, I chose to keep the policy in force until it expires in mid-March. That way, I have some "After Sale" coverage in case some maintenance work that I did causes the plane to crash.

Jerry - try EAA as well. They have always beaten the AOPA quote I get.
