It was reported to be from a 1977 C150 which worked out great since that's what I have. I will say that it looks like it sat out in the desert for the past 30 years. It's in pretty rough shape but a little emery cloth and it will be fine. I just don't like sticking rusty parts on my airplane even if it's only a gust lock! Mark If you have it powder coated it will look great and last much longer than paint and it would not be that expensive. Take a picture of the sticker that is on the gust lock and carry it to a vinyl sign shop and they can make you a new one. Most shops now have a color vinyl printer that can make most any kind of sticker you may need. Terry North Georgia

Terry If you have the owner and parts manuals (which I think you now do) there are sharp copies of all the placards and most decals in the front of the book.
