It doesn't look like these are terribly expensive or hard to come by, but I'd rather put some avgas or mogas in the tank of a fellow club member if possible. Shoot me a PM if you can help!

IN-525 VOR/LOC/GS indicator (and R-443B GS receiver)
or
IN-514 VOR/LOC indicator

Or are there other indicators that are compatible with the TKM MX300?

Wouldnt any indicator work for the VOR? The signal should be the same. I believe I have a good CDI for the VOR. I will check the hangar today.

Not sure, but for some reason I was thinking the indicator was dependent on the type of radio? It would be nice to learn otherwise though and open up other options. I'm relying on the collective wisdom of club here! smile

I don't know about compatibility, but I had our indicator out a few weeks ago just looking for loose wires. There are an awful lot of wires going into the back of the indicator. I will be surprised if they are interchangeable, but I have been surprised before smile.

Hey, look...a NEW GUY!!!! And his first post is an offer to help. You'll fit in quite well like that, Jim. smile

As a side note, I've already found one thanks to another club member. Probably should have already posted that in here. I do appreciate your willingness to help though!

If Jim can't help, I can. I've pulled GS indicators to replace with Garmin compatible units and have the old ones still sitting around (including one with built in receiver).
