Wait... as in this Tyler passed away...

I'm pretty sure I'm still 6 feet above ground, not 6 feet under

Also-
Thanks all for your super helpful words.

I did do a title search upon purchase and it is clean. Honestly I'm thinking I'm going to get the annual done so she (and I) can keep flying. I hate having the plane sit idle on the ramp. I'll update my flyer, my wife helped me make it being the photoshop guru in our house and I didn't even get the spell check done. I'll also get some more photos. My flight instructor, who also helped me purchase the plane from a club member, has been working with me and has posted it on controller. You are right though I need to get the word spread a lot more.

It appears news of your demise was premature. Good to hear you're still among the living grin.

Yes, but how does one really know? Haven't you seen The Sixth Sense?
I'm so glad you've been resurrected, Tyler.

Dang Tyler, my mistake. I could've sworn someone made a post that you had clocked out, recently. Sorry, maybe it was someone elses wife that posted a passing of a member in the ATL area.

I'm so embarrased. blush I hope I'm not coming down with the Chitwood Syndrome, or just CRS. cry

Good news! Tyler is alive and well! Just a little depressed because he is thinking he wants to sell his C-150 frown.

Tyler, by golly you're ALIVE! I always like a happy ending!

Yes the guys in this club are great! I've learned a lot since joining and the posts on your thread gave me a lot of good ideas as well. I was thinking....President Reagan said "trust but verify". A diligent buyer will ensure there is a clean title on the aircraft they are looking at BUT it's a selling point for your 150 if they know in advance they are not wasting their money on a title search just to turn up a nasty lien. Also I went to controller and found a 1970K but in Saginaw...didnt see yours. Also is there a damage history? If not that's another selling point to emphasize NDH. I agree with others that lots of pictures help too. Also and I hate to show my ignorance but here goes...don't they take the cowl off to do an annual...if so that would be a good time to clean everything off around the engine and also to take a lot of pictures.....I've seen some 150s selling with really ratty looking engine compartments....a definite turn off and I've seen some really beautifully done engine compartments that definitely have to help sell.....

Glad to have you back in the club! grin

Thanks for the well wishes. It feels great to be in the land of the living!

I have taken many more pictures and am planning on updating my ad.

I've also got her going in for her annual on Monday so that will be updated as well.
If nothing else it'll let me fly her!
