Wait... as in this Tyler passed away...
I'm pretty sure I'm still 6 feet above ground, not 6 feet under
Tyler, by golly you're ALIVE! I always like a happy ending!
Yes the guys in this club are great! I've learned a lot since joining and the posts on your thread gave me a lot of good ideas as well. I was thinking....President Reagan said "trust but verify". A diligent buyer will ensure there is a clean title on the aircraft they are looking at BUT it's a selling point for your 150 if they know in advance they are not wasting their money on a title search just to turn up a nasty lien. Also I went to controller and found a 1970K but in Saginaw...didnt see yours. Also is there a damage history? If not that's another selling point to emphasize NDH. I agree with others that lots of pictures help too. Also and I hate to show my ignorance but here goes...don't they take the cowl off to do an annual...if so that would be a good time to clean everything off around the engine and also to take a lot of pictures.....I've seen some 150s selling with really ratty looking engine compartments....a definite turn off and I've seen some really beautifully done engine compartments that definitely have to help sell.....
Glad to have you back in the club!
