Seems like I read somewhere:

"With a mile of runway, you can go just about anywhere."

Hmmmmmmmm.....I wonder if Adam is based at an airport with a mile long runway??

Imagine the possibilities.....just imagine. smile

So what is stopping you?

I once read about two teenagers flying a Cub from the east coast to the west coast and back. (Flight of Passage)
There is no reason not to look at 150s east of CA. wink

Well, let's do the math:

A strip that is only 1/2 mile long should get your plane to far western Nebraska......maybe even a touch into Wyoming?

Elliot......doe that help sweeten the deal??

Oh, in the spirit of transparency, I used the new math to calculate this.....you can make anything work using the new math. smirk
