She was my first, and has been very good to me! 14016 TTAF, 2316 SMOH, King KX155 Nav/Com, Garmin GTX327 transponder, Ameriking 406 ELT, Tanis engine preheat, new battery, compressions at last annual (Jan 2016) 73,72,71,74. Exterior 4. Interior 5. This airplane was a trainer for most of its life (privately owned since 2013), and has been professionally maintained. Runs strong, compressions are great, and it flies perfectly. Asking $12,000 CAD.
