Lyle, if Bengie's case does not work out, I have a case. It is not cracked, but does have a flaw and would need to go to Divco or someone to be repaired.

My Lycoming 0-235 had the case repaired 15 years ago and is still in fine shape.

The case was welded, were I do not know, I have looked for a weld repair to check it and it must be covered up somewhere.
