Steve....maybe you would consider an Ifly? Im thinking of selling mine and going to the Ifly 740. Ive got a 700 and its in excellent shape. Its FAR superior to any of the lower end Garmin products.

I am thinking of selling my 396, panel mount kit, xm antenna as a package. Not sure that would benefit you if you already had a 396.

I agree with Jim. Don't know what kind of deal you can make with Jim, but they are only going to give him pennies on the dollar on a trade-in to the iFly740. I had one of the first iFly700's and like is so much that when they came out with the 720, I paid the extra and traded in my 700 for the 720.

I highly recommend the iFly werather it be the 700, 720, 740 or the 520.
