I'm not surprised that no one has asked me to look at this airplane, but I'll be in Fairbanks on 5/10-11 and will take a look at it just out of curiosity.

I spend my summers in Central, 130 miles from Fairbanks. And I will be there late in June this year. If this plane is still available I'll have to take a look---- I love my L model but 150 ponies would be nice at times. Anyway if I learn anything I'd be glad to pass it on to who ever is interested.

You still on track to be in Fairbanks?

I'd be curious if it has long range tanks....simply curious and nothing more.

Mighty Mouse has LRT's and knowing what I know now about owning a big nose, having those LRT's is a huge bonus and luxury which affords a lot of flexibility and comfort.

So much so, I don't think I would buy a 150/150 if it had the standard tanks.......in fact, I know I would not buy one without LRT's.

Our plans to drive to Fairbanks have changed. We're still going, just not sure when, but I will check this aircraft out when we do go.

I know this ... a flight from Tok to Whitehorse without LRT probably wouldn't happen without a fuel stop in Beaver Creek!

Got that figured out do ya???? grin

That's a long 387 miles with less than 25 gallons at your disposal.
