I need to sell my Mooney and purchase a high wing airplane that is easier to enter and exit.

For sale is a flying, in annual 1958 Mooney M20A.

Low time on airframe, mid time Lycoming O-360 engine.

Engine has good compressions, runs strong.

Aircraft is clean. Paint about a 7, interior about a 5 (seats and such are dated but not torn up).

2 each Terra digital nav and com radios, audio panel with intercom, panel mount Garmin VFR, moving map gps unit, ADF, Narco transponder with Mode C.

Good tires, in annual and currently flying. This has been a good aircraft. I bought it to get some low priced complex time, and have enjoyed it tremendously. We have flown it from Arlington, Texas to Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, Madison Wisconsin, Titusville Pennsylvania and other places.

Airplane hangared at Arlington, KGKY.

Asking $27,000.

Call me (Phil Mitchell) at 817-909-1178 (cell), PM me, or e-mail at p.j.m.attorney@gmail.com.

When I was learning to fly my instructor told me about one of his students who was simultaniously working toward a:
Law degree
Becoming an MD
Getting his ATP rating
He was planning to achieve all of them simultaniously!

I asked my CFI what kind of person the student was?

His answer was "He likes to read a lot!"

He must be reading financial statements from his brokerage, because that take a lot of money. And time.

BUMP,

Looking for offers before I place this airplane with a broker or otherwise attempt to move it.

It's an airworthy Mooney that I have flown from Texas to Wisconsin, Iowa, Pennsylvania, New Orleans, North Carolina, etc.

A good way to get some low cost complex time.
