Hey all,

Looking for a 150m lower panel plastic, to use as a pattern for some hole spacing. Junk or broken would be great.

This is the model that has the fuel/oil gauges on the right side upper panel.

Thank you Bill, I have seen your panels and they are amazing. I happen to have a CNC table in my garage and I'm fairly handy with my CAD work, so I thought I'd give it a go. (For my plane, no one else's, no worries)

How much of a pain is it to put in a new lower panel from Bill?
My plastic overlay looks like crap on both sides and a nice new panel might do wonders for the old girl.

Yep, my lower panel is slowly disintegrating. I'd like to get a new lower from Bill. And switch from fuses to CBs as well. Maybe this fall.

The biggest pain is removing the throttle and mixture controls completely in order to thread them through the new panel.

Which is also a great time to replace them with vernier control cables....

You may be better off making your own cardboard template. The plastic wasn't a precision item to begin with, and may have warped/shrunk/stretched due to age.

Not going to lie...It's a major pain in the Butt!!! You have to disconnect the Throttle, Mixture, carb & Cabin heat, fresh air, parking brake, electrical switches......well you get the picture.

The good news is, when your done the airplane will look better than it did new;-)
