Doing ok.. Still slaving for the man... We (I) inherited a Hawker 800 and looks like a King air 350 is on the horizon (don't worry it's an old one aka 'no paint on the rudder pedals')

Looking at a Cessna 172 for all the free time I don't have... You?

Man, that guy is real proud of that one !!! I would not pay near that price for anything that does not have ALL the original logbooks, the loss of any of the logbooks immediately reduces the value of the aircraft ........ IMHO. This Cessna is not a deal at that kind of price.

That makes a lot of sense ........... But it is priced way too high for what it is.
