Selling my sharp Cessna 150 (moving to a larger plane)

* TTAF 3160
* TSMOH 1115
* ~150 hours since TOH - 3 re-furbished cylinders + replaced carb with overhauled unit at 3025.2 (cylinders 2,3 and 4)
* CorrosionX treatment fall of 2012
* Hooker 4-point harnesses
* McFarlane fuel vent kit installed during last annual
* Wheel-pants are not on the plane, but included

Garmin GMA-340 Audio panel, Marker Beacon, SL30 Nav/Com & G/S, GTX-327 transponder, Garmin GPS-396 w/ XM weather. Exterior and glass a 9, interior a 7, maybe an 8

IFR cert due July of 2015
Annual due December 2014

I need to go get actual numbers from plane, so these could change a little, but are very close to reality on the TTAF and engine times.

Price = 30k

OK - so now the secret is out - if you look at Saturday's Cup of Joe post about be being at Chatham - the picture I took of Gavin is in front of his new plane.

And N11971L is a sharp plane. Ron Stewart knows more about her history but she is in very well maintained shape.

How nice!!! If it doesn't already have an EDM-700 and a fuel flow totalizer, they're as handy as a toothpick in a Barbeque joint.

Can't wait to see more pictures, Gavin! 182's are VERY comfortable rides...even if you'll have to wear your britches. grin

And, if it's not fuel injected, I'd like to pass on a nifty way to install a primer system. PM me if you're interested.

Congratulations!

Gavin, I hope your "New to You" 182 is as nice as this 150 is.
I remember Ralph meeting up with us a couple of times when he owned it before you
and some of us didn't want him to park next to us because this plane put ours to shame.
As I recall, the paint and interior is in "Show Room" condition.
This is going to make someone a proud Cessna 150 owner!

The plane was close to being sold and at the last minute, the buyer backed-out due to hangar-space issues, then saw the plane again and is buying it after-all, never a dull momoment
