Selling my sharp Cessna 150 (moving to a larger plane)

Garmin GMA-340 Audio panel, Marker Beacon, SL30 Nav/Com & G/S, GTX-327 transponder, Garmin GPS-396 w/ XM weather. Exterior and glass a 9, interior a 7, maybe an 8
IFR cert due July of 2015 Annual due December 2014
I need to go get actual numbers from plane, so these could change a little, but are very close to reality on the TTAF and engine times.

OK - so now the secret is out - if you look at Saturday's Cup of Joe post about be being at Chatham - the picture I took of Gavin is in front of his new plane.
And N11971L is a sharp plane. Ron Stewart knows more about her history but she is in very well maintained shape.
Gavin, I hope your "New to You" 182 is as nice as this 150 is. I remember Ralph meeting up with us a couple of times when he owned it before you and some of us didn't want him to park next to us because this plane put ours to shame. As I recall, the paint and interior is in "Show Room" condition. This is going to make someone a proud Cessna 150 owner!
The plane was close to being sold and at the last minute, the buyer backed-out due to hangar-space issues, then saw the plane again and is buying it after-all, never a dull momoment
