Im looking for skis that will work on a 150J. Looks like I need a Federal NA800 Nose ski and 2000s for the mains. Ive read some of the other posts on the subject and It looks like they may be hard to come by.

I talked to Wipaire and it looks like they can get me the STC, just have to get the parts! ha

Looked into it a couple years ago. The main skis are fairly easy to find. The tricky one is that nose ski. Good luck!

Ha Thanks! Does anyone know if Kehler Skis in Canada has an FAA STC for their skis? I haven't gotten a reply either email or phone from them... A new set wouldn't be cheap, but might be worth all the trouble of finding an NA800/rigging...

Also, reading the heavy duty nose fork I have might not work correctly with the Federal nose ski?

I sent Kehler a couple emails a couple years ago. Never got a reply either.

Here are the link to a local ad for a set of ski with kheler nose skis for a C150 with leaf spring:

http://www.lespac.com/st-hyacinthe/...I4MzA0NjQxUzI4MjYxODc3UzI4MDYxNjU5JmQ9MA

He is asking a premium for it but he maybe the only one that has a set for sale in north America ?

Let me know if you need help in translation (the seller might only speak french).

Regards

If anybody is interested, I just got off the phone with Steve from Kehler skis in BC.

He informed me that Kehler does have an STC for the 172 skis but not the 150 set, and a pair would have to be field approved for use. All documentation was available.

Also, a new set of skis for a 150 is priced at $6000 currently, 1/1/2014.

Also, a Kehler set would work with a 150 that has a heavy duty nose fork. (like mine)
