I purchased this C-150 from a local pilot who gave up flying for health reasons. I wanted to buy the hangar the plane had been kept in for the last 15 years and had to buy the plane to get the hangar. I already own a 1976 C-150 M and don't need two planes. The plane had been out of annual for 3 years but now has a fresh annual. TT-5390.6, SMOH-1371.6. Compressions were all 75/80. All AD's complied with.
