Unrepairable. Unusable, even for experimental purposes. Only good for turning in to avoid the $1000 core charge from Continental on a new, replacement crankshaft.

I was cleaning out a shed and found this thing. It's the broken crankshaft from the O-200 rebuild I did several years ago. Evidently, Continental will take a crankshaft in any condition, even torn up. They just want the old one back.

And you want to charge a fellow C-150/152 Club member $350 for THAT? I'd give it for free to the first guy who wanted it and agreed to pay shipping, but that's just me.

Really, Mark? You felt the compelling need to spew that out publicly?

I sold my last damaged O-200 crankshaft for $500 to someone who was happy to save half of Continental's core charge. This is something I would have told you if you'd had the decency to PM me instead. Although, I don't see why you had a need to comment either publicly or privately as you're neither a buyer or seller in this transaction.

I don't crap on other people's listings, but that's just me.
