880+/-SMOH , and being flown weekly.
New complete Millenium cylinder kits at OH.
New cam, oil pump and gears at overhaul. Slick mags.
Spin on oil filter, auto gas stc, and breather tube mod. Compressions at annual, 70,76,76,73. New Concorde battery 2013. New air filter housing 2013 (The AD compliance one)
Prop stripped, inspected and repainted, 2013
Runs great and burns very little oil.
Avionics:
King KX175B overhauled 2012. Nav comm.. VOR only.
Sigtronics SPA 200 interphone with yoke monted PTT switches 2012.
Collins TDR90 Transponder w/encoder.
New ELT at 2012 annual. Batteries due 2018.
New Hobbs 2013.
Airframe:
4500 (a little north of that but not yet 4600) being flown regularly.. Will confirm times and add a posting to this thread.

complete wheel pants with all parts.
New seat belts 2012
Main tires replaced 2012
New brakes 2013
Hangared since I've owned it, and the two past owners have done the same.
