What a nice plane and the price to me is more than fair!!!
Pretty sure it will sell soon.
During the research process when buying a plane I soon realized that many of the times the pictures posted are either blurry, far from details, or most likely not even recent, plus - as Ron and Kirk fixed it - links provided are not working for some reason, besides lack of information up front from the Seller.
I see on Brad's plane a real nice one, well cared, detailed pictures, open information, so it's just matter of couple of weeks while potential buyers compares on the market for Models, TTSN, TSMOH, Int. and Ext, etc. Problem is that sometimes (as potential Buyers) we wait a little bit longer hoping for the price to drop a little bit, or see the magic words "OBO" on the next add, and when we do the call or send the email asking for it we have the answer back: "Deal on process, Sorry", and is when we regret not buying the dreamed plane because of few bucks difference...

I'd say not to worry Brad, your plane looks great.

Thanks for the comments. Eventually a buyer will recognize the value of a recent overhaul by a reputable shop, and take a closer look. I fly in this plane with great confidence that my engine is healthy, and will be for years to come !
