That is getting to be a very tall order, Jerry. A lot of 152s have been bought up for export in the last few years, and a lot of them spent many years at flight schools since there was a period of time (mid '80s into the '90s) when nothing else like them were being built. You can maybe find a nice clean one (I did), but low time is not so easy. Mine was over 9000 hrs, but spent most of it's time in the desert with a flying club.

Welcome, Jerry! I'll echo Konrad's comments about the rarity of low-time 152s. If you find one, you may also have issues because it sat. And you'll pay top dollar for it too. (I might have a little experience with all that as when I found Wilbur he had about 2000 hours on him.) crazy

I saw the Aerobat I flew in 1998-9 when getting my licence. It is sitting out with several others at Pitt Meadows airport growing moss. It was practically new then and was a great airplane to fly. I don't think it has had much dammage as it looks the same. I think the school went bankrupt so I don't know who owns it. It has sat out all day most it's life but in a hangar at night and no doubt is high time. I would love to have it to re-furbish. It was always the nicest airplane to fly. I think it had been maintained comercially up until two years ago and flown regularly. It is probably still tied up in the bankruptcy.
